
Refund and Returns Policy

At LawnSoriTech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to providing an easy and transparent returns and refunds process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged products.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items purchased on clearance or sale, unless defective.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@lawnsoritech.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. LawnSoriTech is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange for the same product. Contact us at support@lawnsoritech.com within 30 days of receiving the item. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges if the product was defective or damaged.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing period, first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lawnsoritech.com.
